Practice Coordinator
With over 15 years in the dental profession, Elena has progressed from dental nurse to Practice Manager and now Practice Coordinator, bringing both experience and heart to every part of her role. She’s known for her calm, caring nature and is often the reassuring presence that helps patients feel at ease from their very first interaction with the practice.
Elena is passionate about creating a warm, well-organised environment where both patients and team members feel supported. Her attention to detail, strong communication skills and commitment to high standards help keep the practice running smoothly each day.
Originally from Russia, Elena holds a degree in Business and Management and has completed a range of industry-specific training throughout her career. A former competitive skier, she continues to live an active and full life with her husband and two children, enjoying a variety of sport and outdoor activities together. For Elena, both at work and at home, it’s all about connection, balance and care.
