Meet Lucy Vainitskaya

Lucy Vainitskaya has been part of the dental profession since 2017, bringing a wealth of experience and a warm, patient-focused approach to her role. Having worked in clinics across both Australia and her native Belarus, she offers a broad perspective and a steady hand in all aspects of dental care. Over the years, Lucy has taken on senior dental nursing roles, supported complex procedures, and mentored junior staff and students, all while ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care.

What truly sets Lucy apart is her calm and compassionate presence. Whether assisting with general dentistry, orthodontic treatments, or implant procedures, she has a natural ability to help patients feel at ease. For Lucy, the dental practice isn’t just a workplace, it’s a second home. Outside the clinic, Lucy leads an active and inspiring life. She’s an avid runner, often clocking 10-kilometre runs and currently training for her first half-marathon. She also enjoys hiking, long walks, and cherishing time spent with her daughter.
